Priority Roofing & Exteriors was founded because I was tired of seeing roofing contractors treat people poorly, miscommunicate, misrepresent themselves, or use inferior products. I wanted to change the industry perception that all roofing contractors are bad.

After nearly two decades in the industry on both the contractor and manufacturer side, I have dealt with 1000's of roofing contractors and I've learned what separates the good ones from the bad ones.

The primary issue in regards to roofing is poor communication. A contractor says he will be there and doesn't show, or promises to do one thing and does another, or says he will come back to fix something and disappears.

The home improvement industry accounts for $538 BILLION dollars in spending every year, and according to a Harvard study, over 40% ($215 BILLION) of that money is spent fixing abandoned or improperly completed work! That's an alarming statistic that we aim to change.
